Once you've made a decision, I can start the negotiation with one or more landlords, to secure the most attractive lease agreement, thereby achieving the best financial outcome for your business.

I offer valuation services for properties or companies, primarily utilizing the DCF-model. Perhaps you wish to ascertain the true market value of your portfolio of properties, or you may need the valuation for accounting purposes. Whatever the scenario, I can assist you in constructing a professional DCF-model for calculating the correct value of your property.
Development of a comprehensive plan for a property aimed at value optimization
I conduct a thorough examination of your properties, both physically, through review of the lease agreements, contracts, and local plans for the area. Subsequently, I provide a long-term strategy for optimizing the value of your properties.
I will propose specific actions that can be implemented individually or as part of a cohesive plan. These actions may include converting lease spaces for alternative uses with higher rent or switching suppliers for better or cheaper services.

Associate Director at CBRE A/S – Brokerage services focused on office spaces in Copenhagen and advisory on property marketing strategies.
Head of Leasing at Refshaleøens Ejendomsselskab A/S – Reduced the company’s vacancy rate from 14.0% to 0.0% while managing a broad range of other tasks, including event and festival lease agreements, regulatory dialogue, parking arrangements, and traffic planning.
My experience also includes previous positions as a commercial advisor and broker, where I developed expertise in client management, market analysis, and negotiation of commercial lease agreements.
For several years, I have been part of a commercial tenancy law network (JUC), where we discussed real world cases and legal precedents in the commercial property marked.
Pricing Structure
AT consulting offers various pricing structures to accommodate clients' preferences and budgets.
The overarching philosophy behind pricing is that clients should always receive more value than what they pay for.
Fixed Price – Clients can receive a quote with a fixed price for solving a specifically defined task. This allows you to evaluate, in advance, whether the offer suits your situation and budget.
Hourly Rate – Advisory services can also be purchased on an hourly basis at a rate of DKK 1,600.00 per hour, excluding VAT.
Percentage of Contract Value – For tenant-side advisory services in connection with signing a new commercial lease agreement or facilitating commercial lease transactions, the price is 15% of the first year's rent, including operating expenses.
